About Arlene
Arlene's experience runs the gamut from case intake, discovery, depositions, motions, trials, mediation, negotiation, and trial.
Arlene began her career as a workers’ compensation adjuster in Ohio, then moved into corporate risk management before transitioning to litigation at private law firms in South Florida. Her experience runs the gamut from case intake, discovery, depositions, motions, trials, mediation, negotiation, and trial. She has drafted many settlement release packages as a part of case resolution. Now, as a Settlements Attorney located at the Firm’s St. Louis office, Arlene is able to leverage that expertise to assist the Settlements Department and support our clients to ensure they are receiving the best possible resolution in their cases. After many years of working for the insurance companies and employers, Arlene is excited to transfer her skills to guide clients through the settlement process to ensure they are not being taken advantage of by settling defendants.
Outside of the office, Arlene spends her free time finding her way around town, as she has newly relocated from West Palm Beach. She enjoys trying to find the best hidden small local restaurants and is quickly learning all about home repair. Every once in a while, Arlene has been known to enjoy a good Broadway show with her daughter in New York City.
