About Tom
Tom is an associate at Maune Raichle Hartley French & Mudd, LLC who focuses exclusively on representing the victims of asbestos exposure and their families.
Prior to joining MRHFM, Tom served 10 years as the State’s Attorney for Madison County, Illinois – the county’s Chief Law Enforcement Official and General Legal Counsel. Throughout his 20 year career as a prosecutor, Tom tried many jury trials, securing successful verdicts for victims and their families in serious cases up to and including First Degree Murder. In his work as a prosecutor and in his private practice, Tom has represented victims and their families through some of the most difficult circumstances, always keeping his focus on securing justice for them.
Tom graduated from St. Louis University with degrees in Political Science and German studies prior to earning his J.D. from St. Louis University School of Law and a Master in Public Administration from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville. Tom lives in Granite City, Illinois with his wife, two sons and three rescue dogs.
