About Sean
Sean is an experienced trial lawyer, litigator, and passionate advocate for his clients. Growing up the son of a pipefitter, Sean saw first-hand how asbestos was devastating workers and their families and decided to do something about it. After graduating from law school, Sean went to work representing individuals suffering from mesothelioma, a deadly form of cancer caused by exposure to asbestos. Over the course of his 20+ year career, Sean has recovered over 100 million dollars in settlements and verdicts on behalf of his clients.
Sean gained his law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law (1998). He is licensed to practice law in the State of California, and has been admitted pro-hac vice, to represent clients in Illinois and Arizona courts.
Sean works out of Maune, Raichle, Hartley, French, & Mudd LLC’s Emeryville, CA office, and lives in San Anselmo, CA with his wife and two young sons.
